REGISTRATION FEE

    Registration Fee includes the following:

1. Participation to credited sessions of 12 credits for Turkish Neurological Society members (full and half day courses, breakfast seminars, treatment nights)
2. Participation to credited sessions of 8 credits for the ones not member of Turkish Neurological Society (full and half day courses, breakfast seminars, treatment nights)
3. Participation to the scientific program other than the credited sessions
4. Coffee Breaks/Lunches (To be provided by the Sponsor Company supporting the Congress and/or by Turkish Neurological Society)
5. Opening Cocktail by Turkish Neurological Society
6. Gala Dinner by Turkish Neurological Society
7. Congress Bag
8. Announcement and Credited Sessions Booklet
9. CD of the speech texts
10. CD of the abstracts, and
11. Participation Certificate.

The attendants

• Cannot participate in the scientific program.
• Cannot get bag, booklet, CD and Certificate.
• Attendant registration fee includes the Opening Cocktail and the Gala Dinner hosted by Turkish Neurological Society

The registration fees are inclusive of 18% VAT.

ACCOMMODATION FEE

PACKAGE FOR 4 NIGHTS

PACKAGE FOR 6 NIGHTS (10-16 NOVEMBER 2008)

• The accommodation fees are the all inclusive package accommodation fees.
• The accommodation fees are all inclusive per night fees.
• The amount of External Participant Difference applied by Sungate Port Royal Hotel and Congress Center for the guests not accommodation at the hotels of the congress or the ones who want to participate in the congress from outside is 80 Euro.
• In case of choosing 4-night package, the check-in and check-out dates must be clearly stated. Such dates cannot be changed after 15th September 2008.

Mass Transportation Services:

• Airport – Hotel Airport: One-way Euro 55
• Inclusive of 18 % VAT.

CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

• The hotel reservations must be cancelled in writing and via e-mail and sent to the Congress Organization Secretariat together with the bill of account of the bank. For the accommodations cancelled before 10th August 2008, 50 % of the fee is withheld. No repayment is made for the cancellations made after 10th August 2008.
• No repayment is made for the paid but not used services.
• One-night advance payment is requested for the hotel reservation guarantee. The advance payment will not be repaid in case of cancellation of the reservation.
• It is possible to make name changes. The hotel reservations are made by Flap Tour.
